Jeff Johnson
President, Summit Point Raceway Associates (SPRA)
With a distinguished 30-year career in global security, Jeff Johnson has been a driving force behind business growth in both domestic and international markets. His extensive experience spans both federal and commercial sectors, where he has consistently provided strategic leadership and operational enhancements.
Jeff joined Xator Corporation in 2020 as Vice President of the Training Simulation Solutions Division. In 2022, this division was divested as a standalone business, after which Jeff became the President of Summit Point Raceway Associates (SPRA), a West Virginia-based small business overseeing Summit Point Training Facility and Summit Point Motorsports Park. Under his leadership, SPRA has significantly expanded its capabilities and market presence. In 2024, Jeff spearheaded the creation of Summit Solutions Group to broaden SPRA's government contracting services and meet evolving market demands.
His prior leadership roles include Vice President of Government Services at MSA Security, Senior Vice President of International Operations at PACEM Solutions International, and Vice President of Worldwide Protective Services at Constellis, where he led significant business growth initiatives.
A proud veteran, Jeff's career began with over a decade of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, with assignments in multiple Force Reconnaissance Commands. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Kevin Daly
Director, Summit Solutions Group (SSG)
Kevin Daly is the Director at Summit Solutions Group (SSG), where he leads the organization's strategic growth initiatives. With over 37 years of experience spanning both federal and commercial sectors, as well as international assignments, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His deep knowledge in program management, government contracting, and regulatory frameworks, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), enables him to deliver exceptional value to both SSG and its clients.
Before joining SSG, Kevin held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Business Development at Crisis Response Company and Program Manager roles at Knowledge Capital Associates and Lockheed Martin. At Lockheed Martin, he also served as an Acquisitions Analyst, providing critical support to the Marine Corps Systems Command.
A proud veteran, Kevin served 23 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was assigned to multiple Force Reconnaissance Commands, honing his leadership and operational skills in high-pressure environments.

Jared Frederick
Director of Business Development
Jared leads business development at SPTF, shaping the systems and strategies that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. Since SPTF became a standalone entity in June 2022, he has supported its expansion from tactical training into research, development, testing, and evaluation, as well as base operations and facilities support. This evolution inspired the creation of Summit Solutions Group, focusing on expeditionary and mission-critical capabilities. Jared’s scalable business development apparatus easily adapted to implementing automated workflows, optimizing business development operations, and securing new opportunities, supporting the foundation for the sustained success of both SPTF and SSG.
Jared served nearly a decade as a Critical Skills Operator (Raider) with the Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) before attending Columbia University in the City of New York. He holds a degree in Political Science with dual focuses in US Government and International Relations.

Brandon Scott
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
As the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Summit Solutions Group (SSG), Brandon is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic vision, overseeing financial planning, and driving corporate initiatives.
Before joining SSG, Brandon was a key member of Xator Corporation’s finance and business development team. He was instrumental in the strategic capture and pricing for several major contracts, including the $1.2 billion Department of State OSIS II contract. Brandon also played a significant part in Xator’s mergers and acquisitions, influencing the acquisition and integration of five companies and the subsequent sale of Xator to Parsons Corporation.
Brandon previously served as Operations Manager at Generator and Turbine Services, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Florida State University.

Michael A. Norman
Michael A. Norman is a seasoned national security and cybersecurity executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). A Marine Corps veteran and former Force Reconnaissance Marine, he has served in combat and special operations roles in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Somalia.
Throughout his federal civilian career, Michael has led key initiatives in cybersecurity operations, infrastructure protection, risk management, and interagency coordination. At DHS, he held senior roles including Chief of Staff for the Cybersecurity Division, Deputy Chief of Staff for Stakeholder Engagement, and Deputy Director for the National Cyber and Communication Integration Center (NCCIC) and Protective Security Coordination Division. He has managed multimillion-dollar national programs, guided complex reorganization efforts, and directed vulnerability assessments for critical infrastructure tied to major national events including National Special Security Events (NSSEs).
Michael is known for developing innovative security tools, advancing vulnerability assessment methodologies and technology, and leading diverse teams across operational and strategic domains. His expertise lies in uniting cybersecurity and physical security disciplines to safeguard national assets.
With a mission-driven mindset and deep operational knowledge, Michael continues to contribute to the protection and resilience of the nation’s most critical systems and infrastructure.
