Project Overview:
Summit Solutions Group successfully converted two 20×8 Conex containers into fully functional observation and operational offices tailored for Counter Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) applications. The project included the construction of an attached deck with handrails and the installation of a 50×50 gravel pad to ensure stability and operational functionality.
Key Deliverables:
- Container Conversion:
- Interior Work: Installed thermal and acoustic insulation, HVAC systems, anti-static flooring, electrical systems, robust networking infrastructure, and security features. Ergonomic workstations were designed for optimal operator efficiency.
- Exterior Work: Reinforced the containers with secure windows and doors, added weatherproofing, and installed surveillance and tamper-proof hardware.
- Deck Construction: Constructed a durable and secure deck using heavy-duty materials, ensuring stability with concrete footings and piers. The deck was equipped with safety-compliant handrails.
- Gravel Pad Installation: Prepared and installed a 50×50 gravel pad with proper grading and landscape fabric to prevent erosion, ensuring a stable base for the Conex containers.
